Have you ever imagined having, roughly, tens of short dates within an hour or two? Yes, there is an answer for that too. If you are not too much shy, or, if you are even shy, yet brave, you can utilize these two techniques for your own advantage. I did it, and enjoyed it every time. Here they are.

First one I call Starbucks Condiments Stand Attack, SCSA. You have to decide to spend, say, one to two hours in one busy Starbucks in your neighbourhood or anywhere where the number of customers is high. Position yourself near the condiments stand where the customers use milk, sugar, cinnamon. Near I mean really near, the closest table that is. Chose the table so you can look at the customer straight to the eyes. Of course, you have to buy a beverage from Starbucks as well. Don't buy cheap drink. You have to represent yourself nicely. Buy something a bit more pricey, either Grande or Venti beverage. Then, get your laptop or other fancy Wi-Fi enabled device and start doing your "creative" work.

You are ready. Get yourself into the good, chatty mood, and watch for the coming girls. When the girl you like approaches the stand, politely comment on her beverage selection, ask her about her day, or construct any meaningful question or comment that would not require her to answer with "Yes" or "No" but that would potentially inspire her to give longer comment. Right away be ready to continue conversation with whatever she throws at you. Improvise, be witty and spontaneous, find out what is important to her, what are her values, from her answers. Ask more. Use "what" "where" "how". You have a context to say something, so work on your conversational skills. Now, if the situation is right, you can offer her to join you at your table. The rest is all in your hands. If you ask for number at the end, never ask," Can I get your number?" but rather "Let's exchange digits. Is text ok?". If you are in a good mood and if you show your best smile, you will have chances to talk with many women during your stay there.

The second tactic I call University Area Central Table, UACT. Again, locate a Starbucks that is frequented by a huge amount of university students, undergrads, grads, etc. There is usually one that is very busy during lunch hour. And that lunch hour can last anywhere from 11:45AM till 3:00PM.

Select a table that is in the center of the coffee shop. It is important that you don't chose a table near the wall or away from center. There are several reasons. Let's mention a few. When you are in the center of an architectural interior you appear to have all power of that space. Everything converges to you and all interior design elements work for you. Another reason is, your table is highly visible when it is in the center, and can be approached by many women. Now, again, get your laptop, chose one academically related topic for "study" and take only A HALF of that table. Leave half of the table available. Also, you have to appear before 11:45 AM. This is very important. When you are there say around 10:15 AM you have a freedom to chose right table and HOLD it.

When the time comes, that is, around noon, students will flock in. They will all soon look for any bit of free space to finish their lunch or review their study material. And, guess what? Right in the middle of the coffee shop, when everything else is taken, there is a nice surface of half a table available! And that's where you are! Now, just wait and see. If the person that asks you is a hairy, fat dude, just say you are waiting for a friend that will be here any minute. If it is a girl you like, just offer her a seat. You have a date right there, my friend. What to do next? Don't say or look at her at least full five minutes. Appear busy with your stuff. Then, after five minutes, try any suitable opener. Ask her how her day is, what is she studying, is this her favourite coffee shop. Always try to be friendly and in a good mood.

During the course of the lunch break you will have a chance to talk to many women at least 10 to 15 min with each one and potentially get a number from them. Moreover, you will polish, along the way, your seduction skills too.
